Youtube video is too laggy?

My youtube video is too laggy, but when I play the video in flash player, it works well. How do I make it not laggy?

It could be due to slow connection or high traffic.

Try watching it during off peak hours, the video will be smoother.

Or you could watch it offline... try using 'zillatube' .

Just google search 'zillatube' to get it... it works well.
