Ipod Video Converter Problem?

I'm using Jodix Video Converter, and I'm trying to convert some episodes of a program I downloaded from the web.

When I try to add the file to Jodix to be converted, it comes up with the error message "The following file has no video stream and cannot be converted to Ipod Video"

Is there anything I can do to convert these?

The files are all .avi , and I can't see why there would be a problem. I've used this converter before and had no problems.

Any ideas?

Step 2. Click Add Files button. Find and open your video file. Click Next.
