I have a broadband connection at around 3-5MB/S(download) and when I try to watch a video stream at 755Kbps the stream becomes choppy and pauses a lot, although the audio works just fine. My pc is 2yrs old with a crappy integrated s3 unichrome 3d video card. If I purchase a new and faster video card(I can only install AGP), will it help with the stream or is the problem on the actual stream.?
